The audit planning is then developed based upon identified risk assessments in critical areas, in order to make our audit effort most effective.

The initial phase of the audit is aimed at providing an appreciation of the quality of procedures and internal controls put in place by Management. This is followed by tests to determine that the controls are effective in each of the areas identified by us as requiring specific attention. In the course of our audit, we organize regular interviews with members of management in order to review potential problems, as well as to share the findings of our audit.
